I don't know where you got the idea I want 10,000 new members.
I think it be great for the hobby, and our collections. And just for the record I'm not only a dealer but I also Collect all Nevada Chips myself.
Now about the thread no i would not pay more for a cleaned chip.
But I do think that the condition makes a difference
