I believe there is a London series in that mold pattern after 1972. I've seen a training school chip with that pattern and so far the training school patterns track the casino chip patterns. I've also seen a Stardust Roulette with the same mold pattern, but generally, it seems to be little used on US chips and isn't mentioned in the reference material I have which makes me believe it may be European.
