IF he had the ability to manufacter chips and made fraudulent chips as being existing or obsolete chips, I'd assume that he'd be spending time in a room that has bars instead of doors.

You didn't lend any knowledge in your post to factual info that'd expose any chip offered in the ad as being a fake. ...are you saying ALL of them are?

Personally, I've bought chips for what turned out to be more than what market value would be, and I offer those chips for sale at what I paid for them, or less if I obtain more of them at a better price to average out the cost of my ignorance. I'd never try to turn even a small profit by passing on to someone else a similar misrepresentation of what I bought under false pretenses. I won't ever try to profit from my own mistakes. .....ever. I just learn from them.
