Hi Steve; Yep, I agree, except your term "ridiculous" is not strong enough. The casinos seem to be playing us for the suckers we are. We keep begging to buy their product..... which some casinos don't seem to want to sell to us..... the very same customers whom they produce them for!! It's all very baffling to me. No other business would consider doing such a thing. Make a product for a specific segment of their customer base.... and then make it so difficult for the same customer to purchase the product for whom the product was specifically made ..... or not allow the customer to use it for the purpose it was intended.... gambling! It seems to me that many marketing strategist in the casino industry sorely need to go back to Marketing 101.
