Sal, I second the nomination. The burden is to great for me to bare so I have to pass on the mantle to a younger person. If you believe that line, I have some prime land located west of where I live, which I can sell you at a real cheap price. You have to do a lot of pumping, but you can see the sunset real clearly. I will even throw in a bridge that I bought a few years ago when Brooklyn decided that they were going to build a tunnel under the East River.
