It seems the CCC in New Jersey is playing a game with us collectors. For years we heard "the CCC will not allow $25 LE's" then, lo and behold, comes the $25's from Caesars. Now, they let the casinos make $10 chips they DON'T want played at the tables and continue to not allow 'cage purchases'!!! Sort of rediculous don't you think?
