You did notice that Don said the official position. The unofficial situation
is that if you see a fellow collector with chips that you are interested in,
you discreetly or bluntly ask if he will step outside the show , or meet you in the lounge, coffee shop, etc. and do some trading. Many of us have done e-mail
trading or previous trading that we set up these informal trade sessions outside
of the show or after the show. Two official swap seesions are on Wed. nite
and sat nite. With another one mentioned on Thurs. after the official club
meeting.
