Doug, perhaps one of the club officers will give you the "official" response to your question about carrying traders into the show, but I'll attempt to answer.
Your traders are welcome at any time, BUT only if you are trading WITH the person whose table you are visiting. The dealers pay for the table space, and it would not be acceptable for you to have your traders "open" at someone's
table but to be trading with a third party who did not pay for that table space.
