I don't follow Neveda chips very closely, but chip values in general tend to increase rather dramatically when the casino closes. A chip can easily jump 4 or 5 values in a year. A chip value can jump WAY further than that if the issue is small. I bought 2 Aspen Mine (Cripple Creek) $1 chips yesterday. ...paid more for them than I ever have for $1 chips, but still think I got a good deal.
