Bill, they are producing 2500 chips of each of the three penguins. When I went to Harrah's Friday to pick up some of the 2nd penguin, there were NONE of
the first one to be seen anywhere on the tables. This means one of two things.
Either the collectors had purchased them all, or Harrah's pulled back any remaining chips of the first variety in preparation for releasing the 2nd variety.

Your question also asked "are they still available at the cage?" I should remind you that in Atlantic City, a customer cannot buy chips at the cage. You may buy chips ONLY at a gaming table such as blackjack, craps, roulette, etc.
