I received color copies in the mail of both sides of the chip shown below. The image on the right is what the chip normally looks like.

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with the other side? It appears to me that the normal chip has 3 or 4 colors printed on the inlay, Red, Yellow, Black and maybe white. On the odd side, the Red is nearly gone while the black and yellow have remained. Also, the white areas, and most of the red areas have turned brown.

All ideas and suggestions welcomed. Thanks!
