What I said was only to be careful as there may be copywrite or trademark protections involved that would create liability if someone reproduced the chip image. I am not disagreeing with your analysis, if only because I have no expertise in intellectualy property. But colleagues of mine who do have that expertise are unanimous that if the image is protected, it's use is protected. I stand by what I said admittedly in ignorance; tread carefully on this snake. I would not want to join in a group effort to protest that used the Lodge logo and chip image unless I was assured that it was not legally protected.
