I was in Mesquite about a month ago. It's interstate all the way. There were 4 casinos when i was there but i think another has opened. Take the first exit to get to the Oasis and CasaBlanca, both very nice casinos. The easiest way to get to the other 3 (Virgin River, Rancho Mesquite and a new one) is to jump back on the interstate and take the second exit. That way you avoid driving through Mesquite, which takes longer than one would think. Have fun.
