I have to agree with you Jim. Why take the chance that the additional dues to get first class mail would scare away some members. I got bulk mail delivery the first year I had my subscription since I did not know how good the magazine was. If it was of poor quality I was not out that much money. The new collectors are probably the ones getting the bulk mail rate. Let's not scare away potential members for the club.
