Jim, If the additional $12 was not a big deal then everyone would have signed up for fisrt class. Evidently many members (almost 66%) do not want to spend the additional money for faster delivery. Personally I would like to see everyone on first class basis. It would make the mailing job easier. But do we really want to force members to spend the extra bucks?
