You are correct, Don. It is still played at the Sahara and Union Plaza. The only 2 I know of in LV. The Plaza has large turnouts for Pan tournaments. The problem with pan in LV is the rake is small, even smaller than poker. Also dealers do not like to deal it, they do not make much in tips from it. Very few dealers in Lv even know how to deal it. Paul said, Pan players are old. The average age of a pan dealer in LV is 87.

By the way, a Pan dealer is not called a dealer, he is called a Mucker. Stand around a game for awhile and you will hear, "I guess Its my turn to Muck this stupid game."
