Why not just make first class THE ONLY CHOICE? The problem is eliminated. If people are so poor or cheap that they can't or won't sign up for first class than they shouldn't be collecting chips or tokens in the first place. Why do the officers of the club ALWAYS have to take the problems broadside when there are simple solutions available?
One only has to watch the money that changes hands at a show, trading session, etc. too come to the conclusion this is not a poor persons hobby!!! If no choice were available than the problem would not be there. Just my two cents. Best, Jim
