The mailing house that send out our club magazines had computer problems
for this mailing. All of the labels had a mix up with part of the addresses. The First Class copies that have been returned have been remailed with correct address. Many members have been receiving their copies as scheduled. The bulk mail copies may or may not be delivered. A second mailing of bulk mail copies will go out this week.
Because of the close deadline for mail in bids for the auction, a special mailing will go out First Class to ALL members in the next day or so. This mailing will include a brief list of the auction itmes and a bid form. Everyone should have this in plenty of time to put in mail bids if desired even if their magazine issue does not arrive on time.
Sorry if this causes anyone problems but it was not in our control. The situation has been corrected for future mailings. Please contact me if you have any concerns about this.
