I also store mine in plastic dollar sheets in binders. However, to avoid the "fall out" effect, I put each chip into a paper dollar coin holder; that way the chip is not only secure, but I can put info on the holder--e.g., casino name, value guide, price paid, value guide or code number, etc.

I keep my most valuable chips in separate dollar display cabinets.
