These chips were found by Bill Rouleau at a garage sale in Rapid City, S.Dak. Anybody know what the symbols stand for? Obviously some kind of lodge but what kind?

I should also point out that this is my first successful solo scan & post. It only took me three hours to get it partly right--too small; not well cropped; color off, but the d***ed thing is up.
