Like most of us I have been following The Lodge situation with great dismay.

I too think the only recourse is economic. The negative PR value has to be greater than the realized profits from scam sets.

If someone can prepare the text for a cautionary web page, like a marker by a poisned water hole, Chequers will post it...and post it genericaly so that others with sites in chipping can link to the page as well and keep the message out there long after the thread dies out.

And one after thought for the legal type among us, casinos aside does Colorado have any consumer protection provisions covering price gouging? Just a thought.
