I have learned to cut and paste from email or word for windows. Yes it works on the board. Archies letter was a snail mail. I thought I needed a special program to cut and paste a scan. If I understand you, you are saying scan the letter to notepad and then cut and paste. Sounds too easy, but will try. Archies letter has been posted down the thread, by someone smarter than me.
