Commercial or not, I MUST HAVE ONE OF THESE. (I don't make a great effort to collect LE's, though I do like St. Patrick's Day chips and a few others. I do, however, have a small collection of advertising chips AND my wife is a graduate of Dominican College in San Rafael, CA, the mascot of which is a PENGUIN).
