I have also dealt with Tom several times in the past couple of years. He is usually very timely on filling orders. Unfortunately he is on the road alot gathering chips and information for his magazine. But when he's in town, the shipments go out quickly.

My last order apparently was lost in the mail, and like you I didn't hear from
him withing 4 weeks, which is unusually for him. I left messages on his phone, and couldn't get through. But he made good on the order and sent a duplicate set of chips and tokens out as soon as he realized I hadn't received it.
