I checked Chipguy's auction lot list; he has a few other chip lots on at the moment. The descriptions (including Seymour code numbers for antiques) indicates that he is knowledgeable about chips. And, as you mentioned, no misrepresentation in his description of the swastika chip. I have seen the name Chipguy before, but can't quite place it.
