I am going out on a limb and say "We will not see this practice in Nv or AC." There was a minor(compared to the The Lodge) instamce at the Hard Rock. Why hasn't it happened again?

In my letter to Mr Turner I acknoledged that there was probably no Colorado statute against what the Lodge was doing. I also mentioned that in Nv, if a casino was harming the image of gaming, that the GCB would make a strong recommendation to the casino doing the harm. Nv casinos do listen to recommendations. There is also GCB laws that cover any law that is not covered under GCB laws. Mr Turner thinks we just fell off a turnip truck!!!!!!

No 1-I think The Lodge is harming the image of gaming in Co. WITH US!
I WILL NOT GO TO ANY COLORADO CASINO OR COLLECT ANY COLORADO CHIP UNTIL THIS IS ADDRESSED IN A LITTLE BETTER FASHION.

No 2-The Lodge is not producing chips under the same law that allows the US mint to issue money. It is a special law passed to allow casinos to issue chips, at a time, they could not get coins. I don't know how to find the law BUT the Lodge could very well be violating a Federal Law. I doubt if Mr Turner looked into that. Maybe he did, maybe it is legal. That does not make it right, to treat long standing customers in this fashion. I am talking about us. What total do we have in Co chips? When on a chip run, did you eat in Co, did you buy gas, did you pay for a hotel room? The next rule at The lodge could be chip customers have to bet $10 on a BJ table and can only win $5. That would be legal also, does it make it right?

All of the above is really irrelevant. We can stop this practice. It will be hard but it can be done. Just let a few LE's set in other Co casinos and see where the pressure comes from!!!
