Archie, I just responded to Gene with the answer I would give to you. Simply, yes, as a dealer in merchandise, one cannot make money by trading, especially if he has all the expenses to go along with it. This is exactly the reason I feel traders have a better chance over the net that at a dealer show.

Over the net, we can expect a face for face trade, but at a show a trader must not expect the same treatment. I know that I certainly would not make deals like that if I was trying to make a living.

As I said to Gene, I don't think these show are truly a traders dream. The shows are paid for by the dealers and therefore the dealers should be able to make money from them and not only that, GOOD money. But I, however, at this point in time, am not willing to contribute to that cause. Ergo, the net is my saviour.
