I trade on the internet, mainly because I don't like being taken advantage of....if a dealer can't get the best of it, he won't trade...that turns me off...have traded many times with Paul, and have always sent and received quality...only a few of my traders send garbage (chipped chips mainly) and dirty chips...when I trade I send clean chips and if something is wrong with them, chipped etc I let the other person know...have never been ripped, but there is always a first time
