Let's be honest..There is a diffrence between asking price & true selling price.
I do have some of all the Hard Rock chips myself. I wish those prices were the standard. Maybe you can get those prices from mail order, or non chip collectors, but I think that's a little too high for chip collectors who are active. what do you "Sell" the Roth set or Barris set for? I'd like to know.
