There was a big stink over the Fallon and Stateline chip fiasco. Gaming did jump in, on that one. I have heard the story from people that know. Since gaming did not release anything on it, I guess I will not repeat what could be a rumor.
The chipper involved is no longer involved with the hobby.

So, complaints do help. I doubt if gaming would respond on to you, on this type of complaint. They normally just do their job.
