Thank you all for the info. I have been picking up chips for a few years and been "internet" chip following for almost a year, and I did manage a few trades of local chips to people for stuff I didn't have. I am too cheap to get ripped off with a high price for something, as I never would spend a lot on anything, even if it was worth it! Most of the trades I made were equal value swaps, and if any of you are interested in WI indian chips , I have a bunch of extras.
When I hit LV the end of June and went to the show at Arizona Charlies, I did a lot more lookin' than buying. I came away with only a handful of stuff, but I saw a ton. The really old chips were great to look at, and the books of old pictures and stuff was also great to see. I regret I went there instead of the August show, but August is busier for me this year and I can plan that for next year.
