I am not an ebay user. As you can see by the posts, some are good, some are bad. As a new collector, I advise you to go slow. No one on this board will think your questions are dumb.

There are many auctions where you can deal with people, with proven track records. You can probably find the chips you want on this board. Ask.
A lot of collectors here will trade face for face. I advise you do do this until you get your feet wet. Might save you from drowning.
