Yes.
The only other reason I can think of that you can't view an image is that the server on which the picture is store is inaccessible temporarily on the Internet. This is not an infrequent occurrence. Try again later to see if it pops up.
Sometimes I've had this happen and I find that if you click on STOP (at least on the MS Internet Explorer) and then click on the image that hasn't been displayed it will access the server and the pic will display. I don't know why this should be necessary, but sometimes it works. The Internet is a very complicated, and sometimes mysterious organism <g>.
