Bob or whomever. Sometimes when you are posting a scan, I get a picture of a small square with an odd looking picture in it instead of the scanned chip. I am not a prodigy user. Would this be unique just to me or do others have this same problem and is there any solution or anything I can do to receive the correct scanned image?
