Andy, How much would the buy in be for the Orleans poker tournament & how many chips do you get? Do you get the chips days before the actual tournament? What is the Grand Prize if you win the tournament? At the Indian poker rooms in Florida, you sign up for a tournament, pay the entrance fee & once seated, you are given your chips. In order to "walk" with these chips, you really have to be slick. There was a guy at the tournament I played in that kept getting up from his chair & going to the bathroom. He must have had problems with his kidneys! After the tournament was over, the poker manager counted up the chips before paying off the winners. She was somehow missing a 5, 25 & 100. They looked under the tables, lifted off the felt, frisked the cocktail girl, whih was supposed to be my job, but could never find those 3 chips. I saw that same guy out in the parking lot with a grin on his face from ear to ear. He said something about "preserving history of gaming in Florida" or some such stupid thing. I think he also said that he was writing a book. SURE!!!!! ;-)>
