Instead of trying to get collectors to place ads in the magazine, why don't you utilize the mags to promote the hobby. The mags are electronic and sent to computer people. Why don't you do some positive pieces on electronic chipping.
List a few of the sites and see what happens.

Let these people know we exist..
Put the Casino list service up there... and see if we get any bites....
