I wish I knew, Steve, but I have no idea at all. Also, I can't recall ever seeing a chip with a decimal point and not showing a fraction after it (at least not on an American chip). When I first saw them at a distance I said: "Oh! Great, a Crest & Seal" (my weakness), but after close observation it just didn't look like anything US Playing Card Co. ever turned out, but they sure did look very old. The monogram is another twister! If anyone can figure out what those letters are, they're good! It's a nice chip and can be called a "plain" Crest & Seal (mold), but not a la USPC.
