The money that is sitting in our chapter treasury is money that I am responsible for. Responsible for in the sense that I donated it through a promotion at our national convention last year. The money was raised for use in promoting our hobby. Our board will decide when and where to spend this money inorder to get the best punch for our dollar. Individual members have a right to inquire about these funds or suggest ways for the funds to be spent. I have no trouble with this. I do have trouble with people who state "we" as a chapter and our board are "doing nothing to promote our hobby". I don't see this individual donating any funds to be spent. All I see him doing is complaining. Where was he last convention when I took all the heat for the "our Bar" promotion? I'll tell you where; standing in line like everyone else trying to get a set of the chips. He didn't offer to help me. He didn't say take a break Jim and I will insure the line is kept moving. He didn't have any kind words for all individuals involved with the promotion. YET, he states NO ONE in our chapter is doing anything to promote our hobby. Give me a break!!! Get it fixed!
