The Horseshoe was busier than any other card room, because of the Mystic of the Binions, and they comped players much more generously. The comp policy has changed over the years. 4&8 players get less than 10&20 players and so on.
Video poker has drained the action in live poker. There are many more reasons for the demise of poker in LV, such as small tournaments and the main reason, JACKPOT POKER.
