When I made my post about not cleaning my chips, I kept it short and sweet. If I was in a typing mood I would have said almost verbattem what Dick just posted.

Example: I have a Die Cut Brass Bugsy Segal chip. It had been cleaned before I got it. There is a hugh difference when you lay it against another chip just like it. I happened to get it in a deal and wound up with no money in it. I love it, but would not have bought it for cash. I would have looked for a dirty one, if I was paying.
I guess I rest my case.
