You have an excellent point. The board should be used for information that benefits all. The initial string could be a trade or offer... but the balance of the thread sould be private. Chequers also has a bulletin Board www.chequers.com. These things are hard to keep clean, one just hopes that the people who utilize it uses a little common courtesy for others.
