No argument from me on this one guys. Thanks for the legal opinion. I agree that a PROPERTY OWNER has certain rights with respect to a municipal government taking property for public use .... I was not aware (and perhaps most other citizens didn't know) that a renter or tennant had similar rights, according to your expertise on the subject. Oh, by the way, included in the 200K settlement, the property owners also received additional compensation for their legal bills as well. I mention this not to be controversial, but as a point of information. Archie
