There are lots of PR chips (and plaques) I've not seen.... and other PR chip collectors have not seenjust as many as well.. That's the prime reason I'm devoting so much time to this PR Catalog project, Since skimming through Archilla Dias superb catalog that was published in 1990, (primarily numismatic tokens... with a small section on chips.. and a smaller representation of chips illustrations by type), I've now decided I'll have to add color illustrations to my catalog. Thank you John Benedict for sharing your $100 El San Juan plaque with me. To others who have sent me color photocopies or scans (Top Newby; Bob Ginsburg; Don Leuders; Al Rolllins); and offers of help from collectors such as Gene Grossblatt; George Davis; Ernie Wheelden and others, thank you all. Still looking for more input. I've reviewed most of past auction catalogs issued by Howard Herz' Gaming Archaeology and found several more PR chips to list. Will have an advance prototype catalog available for viewing at Orleans convention if anyone is interested in looking it over. Don't expect to see the finished product however before year's end. Happy collecting, Archie
