Being that you mentioned "The Gaming Table," I can only say that this book is a must for everyone, as it is the most complete work pertaining to casinos in the world. The three authors: Myers, Wheelden and Knapp have put a lot of work into building this revised edition, and I'm really surprised at how many questions of attribution I've seen just in the last few weeks, and especially in the last few days (including tonight). This book isn't just some small 36-page catalogue! There's over 425 pages of casinos, here, along with many chip descriptions and halftones of: casinos, postcards, matchbook covers and logo designs. There is nothing in the whole world that come close to this book. Nothing!
