Very true, Bob, and casinos have been in [South
Africa] the area for many years. The correct term
was Independent Homeland and not tribal properties.
This practice of casinos operating on either private
land or by governments is very common throughout the
world. Just think of some of the casinos right off
our beach, and some of the largest casinos in the
world which operate as concession! See, you've

We do have a few chip collectors amongst us from
