Greg, I do not think so. Casino's do not concern themselves with dealers tips. In fact every $ given to a dealer is one less the casino can win. When a player gets on a roll and tips big, the casino has no chance to get even. At the FQ's I watched a player win 100,000 he tipped off $10,000. The player wound up busted but the FQ's still lost $10,000.
I do not mean to inply a casino begrudges tips, but I do not think any casino would intentionly help the tip pool.
