That's just the start of the problem with casino greed.
Has anyone noticed that the denomination of limited editions keeps climbing up. In Atlantic City $10,$20 and $25 LEs are be coming the norm.
In Nevada the river run chips are moving up to $10, more and more $25 LEs are out
In Colorado just about every LE is a set with a $25 chip
Besides the casinos trying to charge over face, they are obsoluting 1or2 year old LEs.
This could be the worst thing that could happen to the hobby, I can imagine my Ty Cobb or Caesars magical empire going from being worth $25 to $10 or even less while the casino walks away with the 2400% profit from the chip.
I know it tough to pass up on the chips(and i normally don't)but its getting time to start letting the casinos know we don't like it.
I'm just blowing off steam on a quite Friday night, but I would love to hear what others think.
