Top, I can't be sure, but it appears that these chips are from a casino in Poland that is operated by Casino Austria.(I don't think I need to have a degree in rocket science to figure that out) I believe that Casinos Austria operate both land based & cruise ship casinos around the world. The "C" is their logo, which appears on many of chips that I have. In fact, they were using chips with that same logo on a boat in Marco Island. I hope this is of help.
