Gene,
I too am your friend. However, since when does frienship have anything to do with opinions???<g> My friend Bill Akeman, Jr. who owns Gaming Times magazine and Gaming Times Showroom has internet access. Yet I never see him pushing his magazine or store on anyone.
Your list of topics are interesting but what do they have to do with the current discussion??? In addition, bringing the discussion to "free speech" is a way of avoiding the issue. Lord knows - no one loves free speech, and its concept more than I.<VBG>
I am discussing individuals who just about everytime they post tell us about their business. In my opinion, this is taking "ADVANTAGE" of Gregs kindness. Do these individuals have a "RIGHT" to post these obnoxious notes? Why of course they do. Can I skip over them? - of course I can. Should you mention the Fiesta again, again, and again? Why bother! The LEs do your talking for you. Soon the Fiesta will be as famous as the Four Queens in the number of LEs issued. But who cares - I don't want to ban anything. Your distortion of the issue creates the impression I'm anti EVERYTHING. You know better and so do all the individuals who know me.
I was simply making a point. If you feel my point is valid-fine. If not explain why not. I don't believe I'm asking too much for your opinion on the issue at discussion. If you wish, I can address EACH one of those items you listed but that would still not tell me how you feel about the issue under discussion. I think I know<G>.
Gene, you ARE my friend. I know you a long time. More years than I care to admit.<LOL> In all that time I never put you down for your opinions. I listened and either agreed or disagreed. Respect for one another we always shared. I know that in the future we will continue like we always have. NOW - RESPOND TO MY OPINION AND PLEASE DON'T SHOUT AT ME ANYMORE!!!! Your friend, Jim
