Hi Bob:
When the Crystal Palace opened, the casino was managed by Carnival Cruise Lines. All of their chips had the Carnival logo; the red/white & blue moon-shaped logo. I do not know of anytime that the Crystal Palace was under the control of NCL. I am assuming the NCL is Norwegian Cruise Line.
